Reservation Terms & Conditions
  • Sending the above form does not guarantee a reservation
  • All rates are weekly
  • As we are family oriented, young adults between 18 - 24 must be accompanied by a chaperone over 35 and pay a security deposit upon arrival
  • Pets are permitted with prior approval
  • 11% State and County taxes not included in rates
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your stay. This can be paid by Visa, Mastercard or AmEx over the phone, or by check
  • The balance is due one month before the date of your stay
  • There is a $300.00 security deposit that will be refunded 15 days after your stay if there is no damage
  • Amenities subject to change without notice
