- The above rates are weekly
- As we are family oriented, young adults between 18 - 24 must be accompanied by a chaperone over 35 and pay a security deposit upon arrival
- Pets are permitted with prior approval
- 11% State and County taxes not included in rates
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your stay. This can be paid by Visa, Mastercard or AmEx over the phone,
or by check
- The balance is due one month before the date of your stay
- There is a $300.00 security deposit that will be refunded 15 days after your stay if there is no damage

- Living Room contains cable TV/VCR/DVD and remote control
- Kitchen has full size range, refrigerator w/icemaker,
microwave, dishwasher, cooking utensils, dishware,
coffeemaker, toaster etc.
- Master Bedroom has king size bed, cable TV w/

- Guest Rooms have twin beds and/or Queen beds, TV w/cable and remote
- Lanaii contains cooking grill, outside chaise lounges,
chairs, and tables
